Bank customers and internal users noticed duplicate entries of redemptions in the UI. This was unexpected as they were referring to the exact same merchant, transaction ID and same timestamp
Added notes to Publisher API v2.0 to clarify the issue of duplicate entries of redemptions in the UI and specify that Pending are the redemptions that were approved but have not been paid yet to the customer.
