How do I access reporting? | New advertisers and account managers are provided with login credentials to Ads Manager. Existing advertisers can use their existing Ads Manager login credentials. |

How frequently is the reporting data refreshed? | Spend data will be updated hourly after an initial 4-hour delay. Performance data will be updated hourly after an initial 4-day delay. |
What is the difference between "Fixed" and "Dynamic"? | There is a column in reporting that shows campaign type of "Fixed" or "Dynamic." These refer to various pricing types. "Fixed" refers to our normal offering such as cost-per-serve, cost-per-transaction, or cost-per-redemption. "Dynamic" refers to [deprecated] dynamic marketplace cost-per-engagement offering. |
