New advertisers will be provided login credentials to Ad Manager by request of their Cardlytics client success manager.

Existing advertisers can use their existing Ad Manager account login.

What do I do if I can’t access Ads Manager for some reason?Please contact your Cardlytics account team.
What happens if I find a bug, have general difficulties with the tool, or have recommended changes?Please contact your Cardlytics account team.
Do I have to use this platform to manage campaigns?No. You can work and provide direction through your Cardlytics account team.
Can multiple accounts tied to one login?Yes. Please contact your Cardlytics account team to help you set that up if needed.
