The Customer Service Application (CSA) tool is built for partner customer service representatives (CSR) to assist in efficiently resolving customer inquiries regarding offer redemptions and to process escalations, if needed.
This guide will help explain how to use the tool and answer some frequently asked questions.

- Click ‘Contact Us’ within the footer to send a direct email to Cardlytics.
- Reach out to your Cardlytics contact.
- Attend a regular touch base that will be scheduled during the testing/training phase.
